EXPO ORGANIZERS:
This EXPO will be organized and supervised by members or contractors of Healthy
Home® & Wellness EXPO, LLC — hereafter referred to as HHL.
1. NORMAL EXPO
TIMES: EXPO times are Friday from 3 to 8 pm, Saturday 9 am to 8 pm, Sunday
l0 am to 6 pm.
2. SPECIAL
EXHIBITOR SHOW: Each Exhibitor will be given free passes.
3. SET UP: Setup
for the EXPO begins at 6 am on Friday, April 11, unless otherwise agreed to by
HHL Director, and must be completed by 3 pm Friday, April 11.
4. TAKEDOWN: Cannot
begin before 6 pm Sunday,
April 13.
5. Sound
effects, loud speakers and other attention-getting devices will not be allowed
unless HHL Director determines it will not interfere with neighboring
exhibitors.
6. Advertising
will not be allowed outside of exhibitor's booth space.
7. All aisles
must be kept clear. No interviews or demonstrations will be allowed in
designated aisles.
8. All booths
must pass Fire Marshall's inspection.
9. Exhibitors
will be responsible for any damage to, or loss of, exhibit items or HHL provided
booths or property.
10. The
decision of HHL will be final in any disputes between
exhibitors and HHL.
11. In regard to
issues not specifically addressed in the terms and conditions, HHL reserves the
right to make decisions that are deemed in the best interest of the EXPO.
12. There
will be a $25 fee for any returned checks.
13. Should
exhibitor not set up booth before the required time, without prior approval of
HHL Director, their booth, booth rental or any deposit will be deemed forfeited
and HHL reserves the right to use the space in any manner it decides.
14. Prizes are
subject to restrictions and are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
15. No agreement
is binding unless signed by HHL.

DECORATOR: You
may obtain exhibitor materials, tables, carpets, chairs, from
Conventions
and More Phone 949-0641.
BOOTHS: 100
series and 200 series booths are provided with partitions (sidewalls) and back
wall with table and chairs. One table and two chairs per 10 foot booth. The back
wall will be 8 ft high and the side rails are 4 ft high.
ASSIGNMENT OF
SPACE: Booth space will be assigned in order of completion of agreement and
receipt of booth fee. NO Refunds. Please pick your top 3 choices for booth space
from the layout provided, as we will do our best to place you in one of the
three booths you select.
NAME SIGNS: Name
signs will be provided to all exhibitors at no cost.
FURNITURE: You
must furnish your own booth furniture or obtain furniture from approved HHL
vendor.
ELECTRIC:
Notification for necessity of electricity must be made to HHL upon completion of
this agreement.
EXHIBITOR PASSES:
Each exhibitor will be provided with Exhibitor passes based accordingly:
Series 100 booths
will receive 4 EXPO passes
Series 200 booths
will receive 8 EXPO passes
Series 300 and
400 booths will receive 10 EXPO passes
Passes must be
picked up by 3 pm Friday, April 11.
SHIPPING
INSTRUCTIONS: HHL assumes no responsibility on shipments delivered to Expo
site.
LIABILITY AND
INSURANCE: HHL, nor any of its affiliates, shall be held responsible for your
sales tax, personal injury, loss or damage to the exhibitor or any third party.
Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and defend HHL for any personal injury, loss or
damage. Exhibitors shall have their own insurance to cover all contingencies
including, but not limited to, fire, theft, property damage, personal injury and
worker's compensation.
CONDUCT: HHL
reserves the right to stop and/or remove any exhibitor or exhibitor
representative who behaves, in the opinion of HHL, unprofessional or
objectionable.
Every booth must
be manned during show hours.
